amazing family fun!
fantastic club constant stream
the zulu kids club was fantastic! the animation team (ksenia, kadir, david & kate) kept my kids engaged with fun activities and themed parties. snacks, fresh fruits, and beverages were constantly available for the little ones. the food was amazing with plenty of variety!
a security guard questioned my family rudely about our room number and key card, even after we showed we were guests. he did not apologize, and i felt singled out. i hope the management addresses this to ensure better guest experiences.

nice family retreat
animation team fantastic entertainment hotel garden
the animation team, including ksenia, david, kadir, kate, and cheetah, provided fantastic entertainment and pool games. my daughter enjoyed the treasure hunts and aqua aerobics. they clearly enjoy their jobs. the resort location on the sandy beach was great. the hotel garden with slides and pools was beautiful. the daily activities for kids and the rope center with a zipline are a nice touch.
i found that the drinking glasses and cups were quite dirty. i hoped they would ensure all tableware is super clean to maintain the standard.

the breakfast buffet features considerable variety. staff. every day at buffet breakfast they ask us what we would like to eat, so food was quickly made available.

the room was perfect for our needs. it included a wrap around balcony with lovely views. the rooms just got renovated, so they look modern. also the staff ensured we had everything we needed during our time at the resort.
